How it all works.

Here for the entire journey.

Anything concerning mortgages and property will seem overwhelming, even if you’ve done it before. But our golden rule is simple: complexity shouldn’t stand in your way, because you can rely on our team to see you through the journey.

Before you even get started, we want you to feel confident about what’s ahead. Take a look below to see how our process works, step by step.

Your journey with us.

1. Getting to know each other.

Our first meeting is held at our expense, with no obligation to move forward. It’s a chance for us to listen to what you want from our service, understand your property goals, and get a feel for your current situation. You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions. If we can help, we’ll walk you through the next steps and let you know about the costs involved.

2. Finding the right product.

If you think we’d be the right fit for your homeownership journey, we can get started on the mortgage process. Whatever service you require, we’ll take the time to understand your circumstances, income, and expenses before searching the entire market to find the best solution for you.

3. Applying for your mortgage.

We’ll walk you through your options and give you the time you need to decide. Once you’re happy with your choice and all your questions have been answered, we’ll handle the application process for you – saving you time and hassle. We really do make the process as straightforward as possible for you.

4. Finalising your application.

Our team will stay in regular contact with you during the process and will confirm when your mortgage offer has been issued. If there’s anything left to sort out after you’ve got the keys or signed the paperwork, we’ll be here to help for as long as you need us.

How we charge for our services

While we will discuss fees in detail during our initial meeting, we believe in transparency from the start. Read on to understand how we charge.
