    To achieve this, the individual must have received the Certificate in Advanced Mortgage Advice and be a member of the Society of Mortgage Professionals.

  • CeRER (Certificate in Regulated Equity Release)

    This qualification develops an extensive understanding of the environment, products available and the circumstances where equity release is an appropriate solution for the customer.

When Tracey’s at work

Tracey has more than 20 years of experience in mortgage advice, working for independent brokers. She helps clients navigate the different types of mortgages, offering a range of products to ensure they find the most suitable option.

By carefully assessing affordability, she ensures clients can comfortably manage their mortgages now and in the future.

When Tracey’s at home

Tracey loves holidays and travelling, especially spending time in Wales, where she enjoys walking her dogs and making memories with her ever-growing family.
