It has been a pleasure to deal with Gemma in what has been a very difficult time. Despite a nationwide lockdown, she have done everything that I have asked. She have done it with a truly professional and friendly approach. If it had not been for her support, I think there would have been problems along the way in dealing with the mortgage department of a large building society.
